The experience of trauma is unique to everyone, and it can often feel overwhelming. But, there are a number of evidence-based practices that can help.

One option we can discuss is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is very effective at fully processing trauma and allowing you to engage in your brain's healing process.

Through my counseling services, I'll work with you to develop a holistic treatment plan addressing your specific needs and goals. During your sessions, we will re-evaluate your plan to ensure that you are getting the outcome that you are looking for. Most clients engage in 6-12 sessions.
